This is the license agreement for ThisFolder: ConvertSpacesToUnderscores (hereafter, "this Software"), a software program written by Andrew B. Davidson (hereafter, "the Author").

BY CLICKING "I AGREE", OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE CURRENT THISFOLDER: CONVERTSPACESTOUNDERSCORES LICENSE AGREEMENT.

If you have obtained a valid license:

(a) You may:

i) install, use, and backup this Software on as many computers as you like, as long as the number of people using this Software simultaneously is always equal to or less than the number of licenses you have legally obtained.

(b) You may not, without the prior written consent of the Author:

i) copy, install, or backup this Software except as allowed above, or permit any of the foregoing.

ii) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create or attempt to create derivative works based on this Software, or permit any of the foregoing.

iii) sell, rent, lease, lend, assign, transfer, sublicense, distribute, disseminate, modify, or translate this Software, or permit any of the foregoing.

iv) use this Software in or for High Risk Activities (defined below), or permit the foregoing.

v) use this Software in or for Improper, Illegal and Prohibited Activities (defined below), or permit the foregoing.

All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved to the Author.

If you have not obtained a valid license, you are granted no rights under this license, and you are using this Software illegally. You should immediately go to http://www.ThisFolder.com/Convert-Spaces-To-Underscores/ to purchase a valid license, or permanently delete all installations and backup copies of this Software from your computers.

4. NO WARRANTY

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THIS SOFTWARE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE AUTHOR, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SOFTWARE PROVIDE THIS SOFTWARE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING SHALL THE AUTHOR, COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR SUBSIDIARIES OF THISFOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO IS ALLOWED TO DISTRIBUTE AND/OR MODIFY THIS SOFTWARE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, FILES CREATED USING THIS SOFTWARE, OR FILES MODIFIED OR DELETED USING THIS SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Your license to use this software will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the limitations, conditions or obligations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of this Software and all other materials in this Software's original distribution package.

8. RESTRICTED RIGHTS LEGEND

Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to the restrictions set forth in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the Commercial Computer-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19 when applicable, or in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, or at 252.211-7015, as applicable, and in similar clauses in the NASA FAR Supplement.

9. TITLE

The Author or its licensors own this Software, all other materials in this Software's original distribution package, and the names and marks "ThisFolder", "ThisFolder.com", and "ThisFolder: ConvertSpacesToUnderscores", under the copyright, trademark, trade secret, and all other laws that may apply.

10. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES

This Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of this Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Andrew Davidson, ThisFolder and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

11. IMPROPER, ILLEGAL AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree to use this Software to perform only activities that are legal. You may not use this software to perform any acts that are illegal or otherwise prohibited by law, statute, or other rule. Andrew Davidson, ThisFolder and its suppliers specifically disclaim any use of this Software to perform illegal or prohibited activities. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR, COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR SUBSIDIARIES OF THISFOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO IS ALLOWED TO DISTRIBUTE AND/OR MODIFY THIS SOFTWARE, BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ILLEGAL, PROHIBITED, OR IMPROPER USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

12. GENERAL

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral between you and the Author. Waiver by the Author of any violation of any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to waive any further or future violation of the same or any other provision. This Agreement and any dispute relating to the Author or to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to U.S. or North Carolina choice of law rules. You agree and consent that jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims, actions and proceedings of any kind relating to the Author or the matters in this Agreement shall be exclusively in courts located in North Carolina. If any part or provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any purpose, including but not limited to public policy grounds, then you agree that the remainder of the Agreement shall be fully enforceable as if the unenforceable part or provision never existed. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by the Author herein.

The above terms and conditions may be modified at any time without notice to you, may contain exceptions that are not noted here, and may be superceded by other licenses specific to you. If at any time you do not agree to the current terms of the License Agreement for this Software, you must immediately stop using this Software, and destroy all installed and backup copies of it.
